Thank you to everyone for all you are doing to help your children during this challenging time. We hope this message finds you safe and healthy. Below are several messages and reminders heading into the long weekend:
No School Friday and Monday - Lunches Continue
As originally scheduled, there will be no digital learning on Friday, April 10 and Monday, April 13. However, there will be free lunch and breakfast delivery both days.
Adopt a Bus Stop
In order to assist with social distancing and to provide a welcoming environment at our lunch delivery stops, please take the opportunity to "Adopt a Bus Stop." Sign up for any of the locations at the link below. You can create markers to help children stay at least six feet apart and any other decorations you can come up with. Get creative!

Counseling Services
The District will continue to offer counseling services during this extended online learning time. The purpose of the counseling program is to provide academic, career and social-emotional assistance to students, families and teachers. Confidentiality during this time of online learning is limited, possibly including unintended viewers, listeners or recipients. Our staff will do everything possible to limit such unintended access on their end of the virtual connection.
Counseling services are available to all NJSD students and families. Students and parents are able to schedule an appointment with their counselor. Counselors and other Pupil Services staff (school social workers and school psychologists) may be reaching out to students and/or families as needs arise. These staff members will be available during regular working hours by email or by phone. If assistance is needed after hours, please leave a message. If there is an emergency, please call 911.
