Over the past five years, the number of apps available for iOS devices has increased exponentially and continues to grow every day.  As educators who use touch technology, we find it difficult to keep up to date on the latest and greatest apps for use with students, but we are often asked, "What are the best apps you would recommend?"  In an effort to answer this question, we have compiled the following list as some of our favorites in the area of Assistive Technology, but this is by no means exhaustive or will these necessarily meet the needs of a particular child.  We recommend that you do your own research and investigate apps using the tools available to you.
