How do I create an account to set up facilities usage?
Please contact the Administrative Assistant to the Facilities Director at 920-751-6800 ext. 10132 to create an account to reserve District facilities.
If I need to reschedule my event who should I contact?
Log into your account and reschedule as needed.
If I need to cancel my event at the last minute who should I contact?
Please contact the Administrative Assistant to the Facilities Director or the School Administrative Assistant. However, if you have some notice, you can log into your account and cancel.
When will I receive my invoice for my event?
Invoices are run the last business day of the month and will be emailed to you.
Where should I send my payment?
Payment may be sent to: Neenah Joint School District, Attn: Angela Zanto, 410 S. Commercial Street
Who should my check be made out to?
Please make checks out to: Neenah Joint School District
Who should I contact if I need to add set up/tear down, clean up, or any other services offered?
Any specific needs for a facility rental should be directed to the Administrative Assistant at the particular school that is being used.
