END OF YEAR STUDENT LUNCH ACCOUNT BALANCE UPDATE:
Both positive AND negative balances on account will carry over to the 12-13 school year.
Negative balances should be cleared up before the end of the school year.
Please make checks payable to: Neenah Joint School District and deposit in the drop box in or near the school office.
**Graduating Seniors**
Written requests for balance refunds can be sent to NJSD Administration, 410 S. Commercial St, Neenah, WI 54956, Attn: Food Service. Please indicate the student name and ID#, and the address the check should be mailed. Checks are issued twice per month.
**HORACE MANN PARENTS**
In 2010-11 the District had a charge policy that allowed elementary school student accounts to go negative by a full weeks worth of meals. This policy ensured that students were able to eat when lunch money was forgotten, lost, or delayed for any reason.
Please note that the charge policy at the middle school level only allows accounts to go negative by ONE MEAL. If your student was in 5th grade in 10-11 and is moving on to Horace Mann with an unpaid negative balance, they will not be able to take lunch until the balance is paid. Payments can be made to a drop box in the Horace Mann office, through Mealpay Plus at www.mealpayplus.com, or at the checkout during lunch.
FREE/REDUCED APPLICATIONS:
Applications for FREE or REDUCED PRICE meals for the 11-12 school year are now available in the "Other Information" link at the right hand side of the page. The file is in .PDF format and is titled "Free and Reduced Lunch Application".

Applications will also be mailed to each household that has students enrolled with NJSD as of 7-15-2011 during the weeks of 7-18-11 and 7-25-11. Completed applications CANNOT be sent back via e-mail. Please return to Neenah Joint School District, Attn: Food Service, 410 S. Commercial Street, Neenah WI 54956. There will also be a drop box in the 1st floor lobby available at the same address.

ARAMARK is currently hiring substitute food service employees. We offer a flexible, part-time work environment. Substitute employees fill in for absences on an as needed basis, and are typically offered permanent part-time employement within 12 months of hire.

**AUTOPAY ACCOUNTS** Please note that accounts set up for automatic withdrawal will continue through the summer unless the account settings are changed by the user.
**MEALS ONLY ACCOUNTS: Payments made through Mealpay Plus will show as standard payments on our end and will not be tagged as meals only. Therefore the funds will not show as meals only until they are found and tagged by a cashier. Please note that charges may occur in the interim that are not meals only when utilizing Mealpay Plus for Meals Only accounts.
**Mealpay Plus charges a fee for payments made online to pay for 3rd party processing fees, as well as tech support and the service itself. All other features are free of charge. Neither ARAMARK nor Neenah Joint School District profits from these fees.
