Location and History The size of Taft Elementary and Early Learning Center lends itself to closeness between parents, staff and students. Located just off a main city thoroughfare, Taft is on a quiet neighborhood street surrounded by the homes of students who attend the school. The building was originally constructed in 1956 and had an addition in 1970.
Grades Served All children ages two years and nine months through age five must complete a screening at Taft before entering a program.
