School and Classroom Request Form

We need parents and guardians to help Spring Road Elementary be the BEST school it can be! The Spring Road PTO assists and supports our school, students and staff be successful. We would love to see you at one of our meetings, but you don't have to be part of the PTO to help our school. The Spring Road teachers and staff ask the PTO to help communicate the school's needs, wants, and volunteering opportunities. Please check the school opportunities in which you are interested and best way for communication.

**Only need one sheet per household** You can print the "Spring Road School and Classroom Request" form here. Fill out the information section even if not volunteering. Please turn the "Spring Road School and Classroom Request" form back into your child's teacher, school office, or the PTO table (at meet & greet only on August 30th). Thank you!

We are pleased to announce that we are a part of HuTerra nonprofit fundraising app for you mobile phone for Spring Road Elementary School. The free fundraising program called HuTerra Rewards that allows you to support our school by shopping for the things you need at participating local businesses.

Spring Road PTO Meetings for 2020-2021

Our first PTO meeting of the school year will be Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 4:30 pm. This meeting will be in virtual format. Agendas and Minutes can be found in the upper right-hand side of this page. Come join us!
