The Coolidge Elementary PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is made up of parents/legal guardians, teachers and administrators. We believe that by fostering relationships and providing monetary and volunteer support to our school, we can help create an environment that will assist each child in achieving their maximum potential.
One of the PTO’s main goals is to raise funds to support various school activities, including the majority of field trip costs, classroom parties, alternative seating to benefit student learning, and teacher/staff appreciation (meals, apparel, etc.). In the past, the PTO has helped to partially or fully fund the following
- Improvements to the K-2 playground
- Coolidge Scholarship
- Cultural arts events
- Field trip expenses
- Fifth Grade Breakfast
- Teacher training
- Alternative seats for students
- Technology (including Smart Boards for each classroom)
- Coolidge sign in front of school
- Classroom parties
- Coolidge Carnival
- Fun Run
- Girl’s on the Run
- Recess Equipment and Activities
- Landscaping
This year, we have many great activities planned including but not limited to:
- Family Events (such as a Family Picnic)
- Fun Run
- Dinner to Go Nights
- Giving Gobbler
- Giving Tree

Want to get involved?
Coolidge PTO cannot be successful without the help of our families, and as parents or guardians of Coolidge students, you are automatically a member of our PTO. By attending our PTO meetings, you will receive updates from our principal, get information on district-wide issues and be able to join in discussions that directly impact Coolidge.
The PTO will communicate and provide information via emails, and our Facebook page.
Your opinions, questions, and ideas matter and are always welcome. Please feel free to reach out to any board member. We appreciate your support and look forward to working with you!
Thank you,
The PTO Board
