NJSD Families-
Today, Governor Evers has announced that all schools will be closed through the remainder of the 2019-20 school year. Additionally, the Governor's Safer-At-Home order has been extended through Tuesday, May 26.
The Neenah Joint School District Digital Learning Days will continue through the last regularly-scheduled school day on June 4.
We realize this will be challenging for all of our students not to have closure to the school year with their friends and teachers. However, we hope that our classes will still be able to connect in creative ways virtually to bring this school year to a proper ending. We will share more details related to the month of May in the near future.
For our seniors, this is an especially difficult ending and our hearts go out to you. Our hope is to have a graduation ceremony in some form, even if it is delayed into the summer. Details regarding graduation and other upcoming events during May will be provided in the near future.
We hope everyone is continuing to stay safe. We also thank our staff, students and parents for your continued dedication to learning in a virtual environment. We are also thankful for our continued partnerships with Kobussen and Chartwells as we serve lunches throughout the week. Together, we will get through this.
