Each day this week, the Neenah Joint School District has experienced outages of several of our important teaching and learning applications. Specifically Schoology and SeeSaw. The issues are out of our control as the Schoology and SeeSaw Companies have had outages on their end. This is a very uncommon experience for us with either of these services and is being caused by the significant increase in national demand during these unusual times. These outages have been ranging from 5 minutes to 90 minutes and have been happening multiple times a day.
We really appreciate everything you are doing on your end to facilitate learning and teaching for your children! We know how frustrating it is, when technology doesn't work...it is frustrating for us too.
Please be patient with these applications and know we, in the technology department, are doing everything we can to keep our services up and running. Unfortunately, in these cases, all we can do is monitor the situation.
If you can't access an application or it stops responding in your home, perhaps take a break and come back in a few minutes, restart of refresh your student's device.
