The 2020 summer school proposal was adopted by the Neenah Joint School District Board of Education during a brief meeting on Dec. 3.
The proposal was approved with no discussion by the Board and had no changes from when it was originally presented and discussed on Nov. 19. The main changes are the elimination of full-day options at the elementary level and an expansion of blended and online options at the high school level.
In other action, end-of-year retirements were approved for high school teacher Dianne Pacolt and Wilson educational assistant Pam Jilek. A resignation was approved for Shattuck educational assistant Allie Bellin, effective Dec. 20.
The Board will review potential referendum options at a special meeting on Dec. 10 at 6 p.m. The next regular meeting is set for Dec. 17 at 6 p.m.
