Neenah High School will graduate 515 seniors at commencement ceremonies on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 7 p.m. in the Ron Einerson Fieldhouse.
Commencement speakers for the class of 2019 are Bailey Brown and Emily Johns (pictured). Brown is the daughter of Cason and Deann Brown and attended Tullar Elementary, while Johns is the daughter of Aaron and Shannon Johns and attended Taft Elementary.
A total of nine students have earned the designation of the school’s highest academic honor, “Summa Cum Laude.” Students with Summa Cum Laude status have earned a minimum 3.4 grade point average while taking a rigorous academic course load, including at least 38 advanced classes.
Summa Cum Laude graduates are: Ava Asbury, Robert Flores, Gerald Rott, Brandon Schmall, Joshua Sturgell, John Terlap, Jackson Vendola, Caroline Vitale and David Xiao.
A total of 120 seniors received financial scholarships to continue their higher education at colleges and technical colleges.
