Neenah Choir and Orchestra Students Performing Mozart's Reqiuem February 19
< Back
Students from the Neenah High School Choirs and Orchestras will be presenting the first seven movements of Mozart's Requiem on Tuesday, February 19 at 7:30 p.m. in Pickard Auditorium. The event is free admission and open to the public.
This piece has special significance in music history because Mozart died before its completion. The first seven movements were what Mozart finished before he died. This piece also features local soloists Soprano - Jennifer Smyth, Alto - Danielle Brown, both teachers in Neenah. Also features Tenor - Matt Kierzek, music teacher for the Appleton School District and Bass - Michael Bailey, music teacher at St. Mary's Catholic Schools.
