Fall Musical "Damn Yankees" Opens Oct. 12

Neenah High School will host six shows of its fall musical, Damn Yankees, beginning on Thurs., Oct. 12 in Pickard Auditorium. Tickets are now on sale for all shows both online and at the high school.
Based on the novel, The Year the Yankees Lost the Pennant by Douglass Wallop, Damn Yankees is a Broadway mega-hit and winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. This sporty musical comedy, and twist on a Faustian legend, is a true American classic. Show times are Oct. 12, 13, 14, 20 and 21 at 7 p.m. each night and Oct. 22 at 2 p.m. in Pickard Auditorium. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens. Neenah Joint School District staff members may receive one free ticket by showing their staff ID.
Tickets are on sale now at Door 3 at Neenah High School during the school day or online at rocketplayers.com ($1 service charge per ticket online). Tickets will also be available at the door beginning one hour before showtime.
The annual Senior Citizens Dinner Theater will be held prior to the Oct. 12 show. Tickets are $8 and include dinner at 5:30 p.m. in the cafeteria and the performance at 7 p.m. Tickets for the Dinner Theater must be purchased by Oct. 10 at 3 p.m. in person at Door 3 at Neenah High School.
