Biometric Health Screening Dates Added
|
NJSD employees and those on NJSD insurance must complete their online health assessment (at Go365.com) by Feb. 28 along with the biometric health screening in order to keep insurance rates at 12.6 percent (the biometric screening must be completed by Feb. 14 if not being done on-site at an NJSD building).
Two additional screening dates have been added to assist those who had their appointments postponed by the weather. There some open slots now available to anyone to sign up at the link below. Appointments can also be made anytime through the NJSD Wellness Center.
Sign up for the Jan. 31 screening at Horace Mann by clicking here
Sign up for the Feb. 1 screening at Neenah H.S. by clicking here
Those who are unable to find a suitable time at the links above or at the Wellness Center should fill out the form at the link below so that the District and Prevea can determine if there is a need to add any additional screening dates.

Facilities Survey Seeks Input
|
All Neenah Joint School District staff members are asked to provide input toward a facilities study the District is undergoing in cooperation with Bray Architects.
Bray will be evaluating all of the District's facilities to identify potential improvements that will meet the needs of our students and provide long-term value to the community. The analysis will look at both curriculum needs as well as architectural and engineering needs to develop an independent recommendation of capital projects, renovations and enhancements for the District.
In order to fully understand the needs and desires of District staff members, Bray seeks input through a brief survey. It is important to note that the survey will be submitted directly to Bray in order to provide information for its final report this summer. District administration will not see the responses. Staff members are not required to provide their names, but it will assist Bray if they have any follow up questions to the responses.
Staff members are encouraged to give wide-ranging responses and provide as much detail as possible. Responses may be specific to one building or District-wide. Those who work in more than one building should indicate their home school/building on the form.
The form is a downloadable PDF that is available here or attached to this e-mail. Please download the PDF, fill it out and submit by e-mailing to Neenah@brayarch.com by January 31.
Thank you for your feedback regarding our future facility needs!
