Legal Notice
Those who were employed by NJSD in 2025 should be aware that Form 1095-C, as required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), is available for review and printing through the employee access portal in Skyward.

Health and Wellness Center
The Neenah Joint School District Health and Wellness Center is a convenient, affordable way to get many of the same services you would receive from your primary care doctor. The district partners with ThedaCare At Work to operate the Health and Wellness Center at 600 Elm St. in Neenah. In addition, ThedaCare At Work's Employer Shared Clinics may be accessed for care. Providers can see patients ages 12 months and older for acute care. Payments may be made with credit/debit/HSA cards or check.

Health Coaching Available
ThedaCare will offer health coaching at the Employer Shared Clinics, or through virtual and telephone visits. Health coaches will assist with employees in achieving their wellness goals and offer resources such as: Blood Pressure Check, Weight Management Strategies, Tobacco Cessation Support, Stress Management Techniques, Exercise Programming, Healthy Lifestyle Coaching, Fitness Assessment and Health Risk Assessment Follow-up.
The Neenah Joint School District Health and Wellness Center is available for employees and retirees as well as their spouses and dependents. The cost to visit the center is $25 per visit for those on the NJSD insurance plan. Physical therapy services are $35 for those on the NJSD insurance plan.
