Question: What time does school begin?

Answer: Alliance begins at 8:00 a.m. and Roosevelt at 8:15 a.m.

Question: Where do I drop my child off at RO/ACE?

Answer: Parents should use the circular drop off area on E North Water Street at the start of the day. Parents may also use either of the parking lots. Pull completely into a stall to let their child out.

Question: If my child is sick, how do I notify school?

Answer: Contact the school office directly to report student absences. Please state the reason for the absence and the child's classroom teacher.

Question: When does school end?

Answer: For Roosevelt, 3:05 p.m. everyday or 2:15 p.m. on Fridays or the last school day of the week. For Alliance, 3:05 p.m. everyday or 12:00 noon on Friday.

Question: Where do I pick my child up at Roosevelt/Alliance?

Answer: Parents may use either parking lot. If all of the stalls are filled, then parents may park across the street at Thea Clark, or along E. Forest Avenue.

Question: What if we make changes to the pick-up plan during the day? how do we get word to our child?

Answer: Call the main office to get a message to your student. Do not email or try to contact a teacher directly as they are busy instructing during the school day.
