Neenah is one of eleven municipalities that comprise Wisconsin?s Fox River Valley Region, one of the fastest growing regions in the Midwest with a population of 250,000 residents. The paper and health care industries as well as related businesses offer a strong manufacturing base which provides a high quality of life for residents. The Fox River Valley area has been cited for its quality of life, economic growth, and excellence in education by Forbes, Newsweek, Money, The Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post. |

Neenah High School |
|
Neenah High School is considered a large school with an approximate enrollment of 2,100 students and a dedicated teaching staff of 130 supported by an additional 70 adults on our 60 acre campus. The school calendar year consists of two semesters, each 18 weeks in length. Neenah High School is accredited by the Wisconsin State Department of Public Instruction. In addition, Neenah High School is the recipient of the Excellence in Education Award from the U.S.
Department of Education.

Curriculum |
|
Neenah High School offers a diversified curriculum to meet needs of students of all abilities. Course selections include Standard, and Advanced classes. Alternative programs are available on campus and in the community. In addition, numerous other courses are available for college credit through local or neighboring colleges and universities. |

A total of 23 credits is required for the 2012, 2013 and 2014 graduating classes. 22 credits for the class of 2015 and beyond including the following: |

In the Spring of 2011, a total of 253 Neenah High School students took 408 Advanced Placement examinations in 18 subject areas. Seventy-four percent of the scores earned were a three or higher. |

Laude Recognition Program and Uniform Grading Scale |
|
Beginning with the 2006-2007 school year Neenah High School implemented a student achievement recognition program based on the Laude system. Students eligible for the Laude system will be recognized using criteria listed below. Students with a 3.4 GPA or better are eligible for the Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Cum Laude recognition by multiplying the GPA at the end of |
