Coolidge Elementary was named a Wisconsin Title I School of Recognition


* Every Neenah school met or exceeded expectations on the 2013-14 state report cards.
* High school science teacher Scott Hertting was one of two Wisconsin teachers in 2015 to receive the prestigious Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching.
* Coolidge Elementary was named a Wisconsin Title I School of Recognition and staff were awarded a fellowship by the Department of Public Instruction to study project-based learning.
* Neenah High School received the 2013-14 Wisconsin Spirit of Excellence Award, which is awarded to one school for overall school spirit, leadership, sportsmanship and community service.
* Hoover and Spring Road Elementary Schools received Gold School Health Awards by the Department of Public Instruction.
* Horace Mann Middle School is one of 250 schools nationwide to earn a National Healthy Schools Award.
* Three staff members were awarded fellowships and two students received scholarships from the Kohl Educational Foundation in 2015.
* Students from Neenah High School organized a group representing seven local high schools to build a Habitat for Humanity Home in 2014.
* Neenah received a $50,000 grant from the Wisconsin Technology Initiative to finish installing Smartboards in every elementary classroom District-wide.
* Neenah had three individual WIAA state champions in 2014-15 and placed 12th in the Wisconsin Sports Network All-Sports standings, marking its sixth straight year in the top 12.


Neenah's athletic teams have won 30 WIAA state team championships, which is the most of any Fox Valley Association (FVA) school. The Rockets also own the most FVA championships of any school all-time, including 63 conference titles over the past 10 season

* Four-year-old kindergarten program beginning in the 2015-16 school year
* Gifted and talented programs available to students at all levels, including a “Magnet” program for students in grades 4-7
* Advanced Placement (AP) and college credit courses available for high school students
* Partnership with Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) allows high school students to earn an automotive technical diploma from FVTC following graduation
* Freshman Seminar and LAUNCH program assists with transition to high school and requires community service projects
* BLAST program assists students with transition to middle school
* Character education programs offered at all elementary schools
* At-Risk support provided at all levels, including Velocity program at middle school and STRIVE program at high school
* Summer school program offers both enrichment and remediation courses
* High school offers 22 WIAA sponsored varsity sports and over 50 clubs and activities
* Middle school offers nine school-sponsored sports and over 30 clubs and activities
* Suzuki music program offered to students in grades 2-5 to learn beginning orchestra
* Award-winning music and drama programs put on numerous performances in school and the community
* Hot lunch program offered at all schools


* Interactive Smart Boards in every elementary classroom and many secondary classrooms
* Learning systems provide virtual classroom extensions for grades PK-12
* Parent and student access to student grades and attendance

* Ten neighborhood elementary schools within walking distance of many households
* One of the state’s premier indoor facilities, the high school’s Einerson Fieldhouse seats 3,200 and features a six-lane indoor track with four full basketball/volleyball courts
* High school’s eight-lane pool annually hosts WIAA sectional swimming and diving meets, while also serving community open swim and lessons
* Pickard Auditorium seats 1,400 for concerts and drama productions
* High school technology wing features state-of-the-art classrooms for engineering, woodworking, automotives and welding
* Separate Early Learning Center at Washington Elementary for preschool and 4K classes
